M D & D Extensions

"Where we really add value during an extension project is through aligning all the best trades people at the right time in the right place.  It can be a daunting task for clients to tackle on their own so we take that pressure away from them by Project Managing everyone and everything every step of the way.

David Nicholls

Director of Build & Design

At M D & D we recognise that an extension is more than just creating additional space, it's about creating livable space.  With that in mind, we work closely with our clients from blueprint stage through to completion, making sure that each aspect of the extension is adding value to the way they live, breathe and use that space.

The Extension Process with M D & D

Before we start any extension project we begin with an in depth consultation process to get to understand what our clients want out of the build but also why they want it and who will be using the space the most.  This means that the end product fits each of our clients needs exactly.  From placement of sockets through to where bi-fold doors should be installed, our team pay great  attention to detail every step of the way.

There are a number of trades involved in every extension project; from architects, masons and steel engineers through to interior designers.  At M D & D we hand pick each partner we work with throughout the process to make sure we achieve the highest quality results for every one of our clients.

End-to-End Project Management

By managing every trade under M D & D we relieve our clients of the hassle of having to source trusted teams across each trade, which is often difficult, time consuming and inefficient for time-poor individuals.

We have been through an extensive process to build our network of trusted trades teams meaning we can facilitate any scale of extension project, all under one roof.   This means our clients can rest assured they're getting the best of every trade without having to do any research themselves.
