"Having been in property for over 15 years I've seen the best and worst of the trade. It's for this reason I make sure I meet every client we have at M D & D so they know that their project, however big or small, is going to be managed with the highest level of professionalism from start to finish."

What Makes Us Different?

david NICHOLLS

Bespoke design and custom property renovation services are often managed with a lack of personalisation. However, at M D & D, our owner and founder, David Nicholls, meets with every one of our clients at the start of every project.  He always conducts the first consultation so that he can really get the bottom of what it is that our clients want out of their project.

Whether it's a new bathroom or kitchen, or a full renovation project, David will take time to get to know each client and understand their needs so he can then hand pick the teams to  deliver the end result.

Our consultative and friendly approach means that our clients can rest assured that we have their interests at the heart of their development project.
